1127.07 MAXIMUM LOT AREA COVERAGE <br /> <br />In the ML and MH Multiple Family Residential Districts each zoning lot shall maintain the <br />minimum front, side, and rear yard, specified in Schedule 1127.07. Exterior steps leading to a <br />main entrance of a principal building shall be excluded from the front yard requirement. For <br />existing principal buildings with side yards of less than those specified in Schedule 1127.07, an <br />addition may be constructed provided that the new addition does not encroach into the existing <br />side yard any further than the foundation sidewalls of the existing building. Rear porches and <br />patio decks measuring less than fifty percent (50%) of the building width shall be excluded from <br />the rear yard depth requirement. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1127.07 MAXIMUM LOT AREA COVERAGE <br /> <br />In the ML and MH Multiple Family Residential Districts each zoning lot shall maintain the <br />minimum front, side, and rear yard specified in Schedule 1127.07. The installation of a wireless telecommunication <br /> antenna(s) provided they comply with the standards of Chapter 1159. <br /> <br /> Section 12. That the existing Chapter 1131 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood <br />be amended by enactment of new section .03 to read as follows: <br /> <br />1131.03 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES <br /> <br />In an Industrial District, telecommunication tower may be permitted as a conditionally permitted <br />use where the proposed use complies with all the requirements of Section 1159.04(b) of the <br />Code. <br /> <br /> Section 13. That the existing Section 1141.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood be amended by enactment of new sub-section (a)(6) to read as follows: <br /> <br />1141.03 LANDSCAPING PLAN <br /> <br />(a) .... <br /> (1) <br /> (2) <br /> (3) <br /> (4) <br /> (5) <br /> (6) <br /> <br /> Section 14. <br />Lakewood be amended by enactment of new sub-section (k) to read as follows: <br /> <br />wireless telecommunication facility pursuant to Section 1159.05(e). <br /> <br />That the existing Section 1143.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br /> <br />1143.04 USE CATEGORIES <br /> <br /> (k) Wireless Telecommunication Facilities: - Wireless telecommunication facilities; pursuant <br /> to Section 1159.05(I). <br /> <br /> <br />
