ES J <br /> Any use described in J <br /> Section 1159.05(l) [ 1/Facility I I <br /> Section 16. That the existing Section 1143 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood <br />be amended by enactment of new section .11 to read as follows: <br /> <br />1143.11 PARKING LOT DESIGN <br /> Parking lots in the Multiple Family, Low-Density Districts, (ML) and Multiple Family, High <br /> Density Districts, (MH); Commercial Districts, Cl Office, C2 Retail, C3 General Business, and the <br /> Industrial (I) Districts, are regulated pursuant to Section 1325.08 of the Building Code. <br /> Section 17. That the existing Section 1147.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood be amended by enactment of new sub-section (f) to read as follows: <br /> <br />1147.02 REGULATIONS <br /> <br /> (f) Recreation equipment not in excess of thirty-one (3 I) feet in length may be stored in the <br /> rear yard only, on an improved parking surface, on property where the owner is living. <br /> Section 18. That the existing Section 1151 of the Codified Ordinances of. the City of Lakewood <br />be amended by enactment of new section .04 to read as follows: <br /> <br />1151.04 WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES As regulated by Sections 1159.05(I)(2) and 1159.05(j). <br /> <br /> Section 19. That existing Section 1153.02(a) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, now reading respectively as follows: <br /> <br />1153.02 REGULATIONS <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />No fence, or living fence greater than thirty-six (36) inches above grade, shall be erected, <br />placed, or extended in front of the building line and along a side or rear property line <br />where a residential lot abuts a lot containing a non-residential use. <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1153.02 REGULATIONS <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />No fence, or living fence greater than thirty-six (36) inches above grade, shall be erected, <br />placed, or extended in front of the building line; however, fences may be permitted in front <br />of the building line along a side or rear property line where a residential lot abuts a lot <br />containing a non-residential use. <br /> <br /> <br />
