(b) It shall be unlawful to offer for sale or sell any manufactured or prepared <br />article in the Farmers' Market, unless the main ingredient of the article has been produced <br />upon the land owned or leased by the producer offering for sale or selling the article. <br /> (c) The Farmers' Market is limited to the sale of food and food products with the <br /> exception of plants and flowers, <br /> (d) Any item sold must meet all Federal, State, County and local Health Codes. <br /> <br />Section 9. Revocation of permit. The Director of Human Services may revoke any <br />permit if there is an infraction of the City Health Code, if there is any health, safety or <br />weffare issue as determined by the Director of Human Services, or if a vendor is selling <br />products/articles expressly'prohibited in this chapter. <br /> <br />Section 10. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and <br />relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all such deliberation of the Council' and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Approve <br /> <br />President <br /> <br /> <br />
