(a) The Clerk of Council shall deliver one complete code in binder, including the <br />Charter to the Mayor, one to the .ludge and Clerk of the Municipal Court, one to each <br />member of Council, one to the head of each department or division' of the City, one to <br />the Lakewood Public Library and Madison branch, one to the Lakewood Board of <br />Education, one to the .luvenile Court of Cuyahoga County, and to other Public Entities <br />as deemed appropriate by the Director of Law, and a complete code or such component <br />parts of such code to the employees in each department or division of the City as may <br />be necessary for the daily operation of such departments or divisions of the City. <br /> <br /> (b) The Clerk of Council shall have authority to exchange copies of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, with municipalities extending like courtesy to <br />the City. <br /> <br /> (c) The Clerk of Council shall have authority to sell a printed copy of the Codified <br />Ordinances, including the amended Charter, or a printed copy of the amended Charter' <br />separately, in heavy paper cover at the City's cost. <br /> <br />(d)... <br /> <br />Adopted:~ /?, <br /> <br /> Section 2.
