That the Nayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of Public Works, and <br />the Director of Rnance are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contracts as set forth above In <br />amounts not to exceed the spedfied amounts without further action from Council; and to enter into <br />contracts In excess of specified amounts' only upon consent of Council evidenced by adoption of a <br />resolution specifying the authorized amount. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this coundl concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted In an open meeting of this Coundl, and that <br />all such deliberations of this coundl and of any of Its committees that resulted in such formal action were <br />in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
