(LSC) and the City of Lakewood to assign a full-time City employee to act as <br />Service Coordinator for the Westerly II Building, 14306 Detroit A~,enue, Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc. provides a unique and valuable <br />service to the senior citizens of the City of Lakewood through its Westerly II facility; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the position of Service Coordinator at this facility is necessary <br />for the conilnued, efficient'operation of this facility; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to provide a Licensed Social Worker to act as <br />Service Coordinator in order to assure the continued, efficient availability of services to the <br />senior citizens of the City of Lakewood; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the total agreemem with Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc. <br />amounts to $123,932, with the City providing $18,975 in matching funds over the three-year <br />period; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc. agrees to reimburse the City for <br />costs associated with this position in an mount not to exceed $39,312 in 2001; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council hereby approves the attached agreement between <br />Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc. and the City of Lakewood whereby the City agrees to <br />provide a full-time Licensed Social Worker to act as Service Coordinator at the Westerly II <br />serdor building with costs to be reimbursed by Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
