The City of Lakewood is to invoice Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc. on a monthly <br />basis and Lakewood Senior Citizens, Inc. is to reimburse actual City costs. <br /> <br />The Service Coordinator and City of Lakewood shall be responsible for <br />maintaining client files and preparation and filing of the semi-annual report to <br />HUD.
