(c) <br /> <br /> (1) ADULT BOOK STORE means an establishment having as a substantial <br /> or significant portion of its stock in trade; books, magazines and other <br /> periodicals or motion*picture films, video tapes or sound recordings <br /> which are distinguished or characterized by their emphasis on matter <br /> depicting, describing or relating to specified sexual activities or <br /> specified anatomical areas or an establishment with a segment or <br /> section devoted to the sale or display of such material. <br /> (2) ADULT MOTZON PI:CTURE THEATER means an establishment <br /> wherein motion pictures are shown which present material <br /> distinguished or characterized by their emphasis on matter depicting, <br /> describing or relating .to "specified sexual activities" or specified <br /> anatomical areas for observation by patrons therein. <br /> (3) ADULT PEEP SHOW means an enclosed building used for presenting <br /> material distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matter <br /> depicting, describing or relating to specified sexual activities or <br /> specified anatomical areas for observation by patrons herein by means <br /> of coin operated or manual operated viewing devices. <br /> (4) MASSAGE ESTABLISHI~IENT means any establishment having a fixed <br /> place of business where massages are administered for pay, including <br /> but not limited to massage parlors, sauna baths and steam baths. <br /> "Massage Establishment" shall not be construed to include a hospital, <br /> nursing home, medical clinic or the office of a physidan, surgeon, <br /> chiropractor, osteopath, physical therapist, mechanotherapist, <br /> massotherapist, or any other individual or entity duly licensed under <br /> O.R.C. Section 4731.15; health clubs and other businesses which have <br /> facilities for physical exercise, such as tennis courts, racquetball courts <br /> or exercise rooms, and which do not receive their primary source of <br /> revenue through the administration of massages. <br />'(5) STRIPTEASE ESTABI.ZSHMENT or SHOWBAR means an <br /> establishment that features entertainment that indudes striptease, <br /> nude or semi-nude dancing, or performers in the nude or semi-nude <br /> state in which such entertainment is not part of a larger theatrical <br /> production. <br />(6) SPECZF:[ED SEXUAL ACTZ4fI"~ES means: <br /> (A) human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal; <br /> (B) acts of human masturbation, sexual intercourse or sodomy; <br /> bondage, sadomasochism, or bestiality; or <br /> (C) fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, pubic <br /> region, buttock or female breast. <br />(7) SPECZI=ZED ANATOMZCAL AREAS means: <br /> (A) Less than completely and opaquely covered: <br /> (i) human genitals, pubic region, <br /> (ii) buttock, and <br /> (iii) breast below a point immediately above the top of the <br /> areola; and <br /> (B) Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, even if <br /> completely and opaquely covered. <br />Special Provisions: <br />(1) In a C1, C2, C3 or I District, a use regulated by this Section may be <br /> permitted as a conditional use provided: <br /> (A) That there shall be not more than one (1) use regulated by this <br /> Section on a single lot. <br /> (B) That the lot upon which the proposed use would be located is <br /> not within 150 feet of a lot containing any residential use, <br /> <br />Page 7 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
