Task 5 Post Asbestos Abatement InsPection <br />HAl will ' .m~.ct all ~was of the property to confirm that all identified asbestos-comaining'materials have <br />be~n properly removed and disposed of prior to rehabilitation and renovation of Buildings 1 and 2, and <br />the demolition of Building 3. <br /> <br />Schedule: Immediately. after asbestos abatement- Febru~y 2002 <br />Cost: $10,670 <br /> <br />Task 6 Building Demolition and Demolition Oversight <br /> <br />A demolition contractor will be retained by the City of Lakewood for the demolition of Building 3. HAl <br />will observe the demolition activities to ensure the proper handling and disposal of building materials. <br /> <br />Schedule: February 2002 <br />Cost: $50,000 <br /> <br />Task 7 Phase I Property. Assessment Update <br />The Phase I Property Assessment will be updated to ensure that conditions at the Property have not' <br />changed. <br /> <br />Schedule: No sooner than 180 days prior to issuance of the NFA letter- March 2002 <br />Cost: $2,330 <br /> <br />Task 8 Preparation of NFA <br /> <br />Tho Certified Professional will review all relevant documents and data with respect to applicable VAP <br />standards. Upon compliance, the CP win prepare.an. NFA Letter with accompanying Nlra Chealcli~t, NlrA <br />Summary and other supporting documents. <br />Schedule: After completion of demolition & Phase I Assessment Update - March 2002 <br />Cost: $7,000 <br /> <br />TOTAL PROJECT COST REQUESTED FROM THE <br />BROWNFIELD REOEVF.
