S/ON OF ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />To the Coundl of the City of Lak~. ood: <br /> <br />The undersigned, constituting the BOard of Revision of Assessment of the Ob/of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />respectfully report that on September 12, 2001 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lakewood Cib/Hall Auditorium, a <br />headng was held to hear all objections concerning the estimated assessments for the Improvement of <br />Homewood Drive In accordance with Resolution No. 75,14-01, passed on May 21, 2001, declaring the <br />nec~ssity of said Improvement. <br /> <br />We find that the estimated assessments for this Improvement do not exceed, as to each lot or parcel of <br />land, the benefits conferred thereon, and the necessity of the improvement and the estimat~i <br />assessments provided on the Schedule of Preliminary Assessments now on file In bhe office of the Clerk of <br />Coundl am hereby approved. <br /> <br />We find that if prior., to commencement of the project, property owners provide receipts as evidence of <br />apron replacement within the last five (5) years, they shall 'be credibad an amount equal to 20% of the <br />value of the Improvement. <br /> <br />~.B of Revision of n~. <br />~d~m Director of.nance ~. <br /> <br />'Director of Public Works <br /> <br /> President of Coundl <br /> <br /> <br />
