12650Detroit Avenue · 44107 · 216/521-7580 <br /> <br />March 4, 2002 <br /> <br />Lakewood City Council <br />Lakewood, OH 44107 <br /> <br />Re: Final Report of the Board of Revision of Assessments <br /> <br />To the Council of the City of Lakewood: <br /> <br />The undersigned, constituting the Board of Revision of Assessmem of the City of Lakewood, <br />Ohio, respectfully report that on February 21, 2002 at 7:00 pm in the LakewOod City Hall <br />Auditorium, a hearing was held to hear all objections concerning the estimated assessments for <br />the installation of decorative lighting and underground conduit on Homewood Drive and the - <br />installation of sandstone sidewalk on one resident's property on Homewood Drive in accordance <br />with ResolUtion No. 7544-01, passed on May 21, 2001, declaring necessity of said improvement. <br /> <br />We find that the estimated assessments for this improvement do not exceed, as to each lot or <br />parcel of land, the benefits conferred thereon, and the necessity of the improvement and the <br />estimated assessments provided on the Schedule of Preliminary Assessments now on file in the <br />office of the Clerk of Council are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Bo~d of R~visio,n Of A~essments <br /> <br />PT~ent of Council <br /> <br />D/'t'6cto~ of ~ <br />~)~re~ of P~"~lic ~-Vo~' <br /> <br /> <br />
