<br />WHEREAS, the types and amounts of supplies, services and
<br />equipment authorized for purchase under the 2001 budget are as follows:

<br />Section 1.That the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of
<br />Public Works, the Director of Law, the Director of Fihancè, and/or the
<br />Procurement Officer be and are hereby authorized and directed to enter
<br />into a contract or contracts for supplies, services and equipment as set
<br />forth above, with the lowest and best bidder or bidders or as otherwise
<br />provided by law.
