NAME. The name oF the Regional Council of Governments is the "Suburban Wat~.r <br /> Regional Council of Governments." <br /> <br /> II. pURPOSE. The Suburban Water Regional Council of Go~,ernments'shall be ax~ <br />· orgar~.'zation o.fpolitical subdivisions to which the City of Cleveland, Ohio, sells water,, e.ither by direcl <br />gent. ice to residents or on a bulk basis. Each political subdivision whiSli is a part~ to this Agreement shall be u ~:,em'b~ <br />of the Suburban Water Regional Council of Governments. The elected ch/el exeeutivc officer <br />of each political subdivision shall represent the political subdivision in the Suburban Water <br />Regional Council of Ggvernments. It' the political subdivision does not have an elected chief <br />executive officer, a member of. the'political s.ubdivision's governing body shall be chosen by such <br />body to be its representative. <br /> <br /> B. For purposes of the election of members to the Board of Trustees of the Suburban <br />Water Regional Council of Governments, each po!ifieal subdivision is assigned to one of tim nine <br />groups as set forth on EXhibit "A" attached h~reto.
