The r~sponses mu~t be redeived by the Executive Dii'ector no later than two 'weeks before the.ele~tlon. The Executive Director will 'then submit a ballot to each of.the members according to their group with the names of each member's representative witlfia.their group wh~ responded timely to the Executive Director that the 'representative wanted to be placed on the b.allot. The member's representative shall vote .for one candidate, sign the ballot and return the signed ballot to the Executive Director prio. r to the date of the election date established by the Executive Director. 'Dte representative receiving the highest number of votes in each group shall.be appointed to a term of three years. Tine repre,sentati~e person receiving the second highest number of votes in each group shall be appointcd for a term 6f two years. The Board of Trustees shall elect annually from among its members a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and a Secretary-Treasurer, and such other officers as the Board may dctermkie. IV. OFFICE. The office of the Suburban Water Regional Council of Governments shall be the office of ~e Executive Secretary of the Cuyahoga County Mayors and City Managers Association, un/e~s otherwise determined by the Board of Trustees.. V. DUES. It is not anticipated at this time that dues will be assessed ~g',finst the members.. · Howev. er, if it is determined that dues are necessary,for the accomplishmtnt of the purposes of the Suburban .Water Regional Council. of Governments, dues shall be assessed against all members ia aa .amount to be determined by. the Governing Board and approved by the legislative bodies of eacli member. .Members of the Suburban'Water Regional.Council of.
