1310.99 PENALTY <br /> <br /> Any person, firm or corporation violating a provision of this Residential <br />Code for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings shall be deemed guilty of a <br />misdemeanor of the third degree. If the offender has been previously convicted <br />of a violation of this section, a violation is a misdemeanor of the second degree. <br />Such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for <br />each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the <br />provisions of this Residential Code for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings is <br />committed, continued or permitted. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />CLi:RK' ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
