AN ORDINANCE to establish additional appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2004.. WHEREAS, this Council desires to establish additional appropriations to specific funds budgeted in the initial appropriations for the fiscal year by Ordinance 13-04 and amended by Ordinances 54-04 and 66-04A, and WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five (5) members elected thereto determines that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and that this ordinance shall take effect at the earliest date possible as set forth in ARTICLE III, SECTONS 10 and 13 of the SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is necessary for the Immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety, and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments In that this Ordinance Is necessary to complete projects planned for the year 2004 Now Ther~fore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That Director or Finance is hereby authorized and director to increase/decrease appropriations in the following funds by the amount stated beiow: Community Festival Fund Fire Pension Fund Law Enforcement Trust Fund Bureau of Justice Grant Fund Indigent Drivers Alcohol Treatment Computer Maintenance Fund HOME Investment Program Fund Lead Base Paint Hazard Program Fund Office ön Aging IIIB Fund Office on Aging IIIC Fund FEMA Fund TIF Bond Retirement Fund Capital Improvement Fund .
