In accordance with Article III, Section 12, of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving <br />notice of the passage of this ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof <br />for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days In not less than five (5) of the <br />most public places in the city, which places have been determined by <br />Council in Ordihance No. 55-59. <br /> <br />Section 4. it is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council and of any of its committees, <br />that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 5.
