then a warrant shall be issued and such violator shall be subject to the penalties <br />otherwise provided for the violation of such provisions. <br /> <br />(d) whoever violates Section 351.0:~(q) or Section 351.27 may, in lieu of the other <br />penalties provided for the violation of such section and upon signin~ a waiver, be fined <br />thirty-five dollars ($35.00) if such violator pays such fine at the Traffic Bureau in person <br />or by mail, within seventy-two hours, or if not within seventy-two hours, then in the <br />sum of forty-five dollars ($45.00) if such violator pays such amount at the Traffic <br />Bureau, in person or by mail, within ninety-six hours from the time of the violation. In <br />the event such violator does not pay the fine as hereinbefore provided, then a warrant <br />shall be issued and such violator shall be subject to the penalties otherwise provided for <br />the violation of such provisions. <br /> <br />(e) Whoever violates Section 351.23(f) may, in lieu of the other penalties provided <br />for the violation of such section and upon signing a waiver, be fined one hundred <br />dollars ($100.00):if such violator pays such fine at the Traffic Bureau, in person or by <br />mail, within seventy-two hours, or if not within seventy-two hours, then inthe sum-of <br />one-hundred-fifty dollars ($:~50.00) if such violator pays such amount at the Traffic <br />Bureau, in person or by mail~ within ninety-six hours from the time of the violation. If <br />such violator does not pay the fine as hereinbefore provided, then a warrant shall be <br />issued and such violator shall be subject to the penalties otherwise provided for a <br />violation of such provision. <br /> <br />(f) Whoever violates Section 351.23(h) shall be issued a warning for a first offense; <br />for each subsequent offense the person shall be fined thirty dollars ($30.00) for each <br />parking location that is not properly ma~ked or whose markings are not properly <br />maintained. <br /> <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall go into effect on May ~, 2004. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
