(d) Whoever violates Section 351.01(q) or Section 351.27 may, in lieu of the other
<br />penalties provided for the violation of such section and upon signing a waiver, be fined
<br />twenty dollars ($20.00) if such violator pays such fine at the Traffic Bureau in person or
<br />by mail, within forty-eight hours, or if not within forty-eight hours, then in the sum of
<br />thirty dollars ($30.00) if such violator pays such amount at the Traffic Bureau, in person
<br />or by mail, within seventy-two hours from the time of the violation. In the event such
<br />violator does not pay the fine as hereinbefore provided, then a warrant shall be issued
<br />and such. violator shall be subject to the penalties otherwise provided for the violation of
<br />such provisions.

<br />(el Whoever violates Section 351.23(0 may, in lieu of the other penalties provided
<br />for the violation of such section and upon signing a waiver, be fined fifty do,ars
<br />($50.00) if such violator pays such fine at the Traffic Bureau, in person or by mail,
<br />within forty-eight hours, or if not within forty-eight hours, then in the sum-of eighty
<br />dollars ($80.00) if such violator pays such amount at the Traffic Bureau, in person or by
<br />mail, within seventy-two hours from the time of the violation. Tf such violator does not
<br />pay the fine as hereinbefore provided, then a warrant shal[ be issued and such violator
<br />shall be subject to the penalties otherwise provided for a violation of such prevision.
<br />
<br />(fl Whoever violates Section 351.23(h) shall be issued a warning for a first offense;
<br />for each subsequent offense the person shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for
<br />each parking iocetion that is not properly marked or whose markings are not properly
<br />maintained.
<br />
<br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows:

<br />351.99 PENALTY AND WAIVER,
<br />
<br />(al Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is
<br />otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalties provided in SecUon 303.99. Tn
<br />addition thereto such parking in violation of Section 35:~.:18 shall constitute a nuisance
<br />and within twenty-four hours affcer oral or written notice to remove such vehicle,
<br />delivered by any police officer to the owner or person having possession or control of
<br />such vehicle, personally, or by wdtten notice delivered to the residence of such person,
<br />or if such person has no place of residence in the City or if such place of residence
<br />cannot be found with reasonable diligence, then after such written notice is attached to
<br />the vehide~ such owner or person shall cause such vehicle to be removed from the
<br />streets. Upon failure of the owner or person to so remove such vehicle, the Division of
<br />Police and each officer thereof is hereby authbdzed to remove or cause any vehicle so
<br />parked to be removed from the street and stored;

<br />(bi , Whoever yiolates any of the provisions of Section 355.06(a), (b) or Cc), or
<br />Chapter 353 may, in lieu of other penalties provided for the violation of such provisions
<br />and upon signing a waiver, be fined fifteen dollars ($15.00), if such violator pays such
<br />fine at the Traffic Bureau, in person or by mail, within seventy-two hours, or, if not
<br />within seventy-two hours, then in the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if such
<br />violator pays such amount at the Traffic Bureau, in person or by mail, within ninety-six
<br />hours from the time of violation. In the event such violator does not pay the fine as
<br />hereinbefore provided, then a warrant shall be issued and such violator shall be subject
<br />to the penalties otherwise provided for the violation of such provisions.
<br />
<br />(c) Whoever violates Section 351.01(al through (p), (0 or (si through Section
<br />351.18 or Section 351.20(b) or (c) or Section 351.23(a), (bi, (c) or (d) may, in lleu
<br />of the other penalties provided for the violation of such provisions and upon signing a
<br />waiver, be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if such violator pays such fine at the Traffic
<br />Bureau, in person or by mail, within seventy-two hours, or if not within seventy-two
<br />hours, then in the sum of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) if such violator pays such amount
<br />at the Traffic Bureau, in person or by mail, within ninety-six hours from the time of
<br />violation. In the event such violator does not pay the fine as hereinbefore provided,
