<br />~ <br /> <br />(b) Residents of the City, or the owners of residential properties located in <br />the City, may bring refuse, garbage and other solid waste materials <br />arising out of the use of their Lakewood residence or residential <br />property, and construction or demolition debris arising out of <br />improvements made to their property, to the City of Lakewood Division <br />of Refuse and Recycling facility In their own personal vehicle without <br />charge, if personal identification, vehicie registration, and building <br />permit, where applicable, or other satisfactory evidence are provided to <br />establish residence or ownership of property, ownership of vehicle and <br />origin of debris. <br /> <br />(c) Owners of businesses situated in the City may bring refuse, garbage and <br />other solid waste materials arising out of the use of their place of <br />business using their own personal vehicle without charge, if personal <br />identification, vehicle registration and Certificate of Occupancy, or other <br />satisfactory evidence are provided. An owner of a business may <br />designate an employee, and a vehicle affiliated with the business, to <br />transport the refuse with prior approval by the City of Lakewood Division <br />of Refuse and Recycling. <br /> <br />(d) Any refuse, garbage, or other solid waste materials brought: i) by, for or <br />on behalf of contractors and commercial haulers, or Ii) by residents of <br />the City and owners of businesses situated in the City who bring refuse, <br />garbage or other solid waste materials arising out of the use of their <br />place of residence or business using a vehicle that does not meet the <br />personal vehicle criterion or satisfactory evidence determination of the <br />Director of Public Works or his designee, shall be charged as follows: <br /> <br />(01) Automobile <br />(02) ¡railer <br />(03) Pick-up Truck <br />(04) Van <br />(05) Dump Truck up to GVW 10,000 <br />(06) Rental truck or van, up to GVW 10,000 <br /> <br />$30.00 <br />$30.00 <br />$30.00 <br />$30.00 <br />$80.00 <br />$80.00 <br /> <br />Nothing In this subsection shall be construed to limit the power of the <br />Director of Public works or his designee from prohibiting the deposit of <br />solid waste not originating in the City of Lakewood. Identification, such <br />as a building permit or service contract, or other satisfactory evidence <br />must be provided to establish origin of debris. <br /> <br />(e) Vehicles with a gross vehicle weight more than 10,000 pounds shall not <br />be permitted to dump at the City of Lakewood Division of Refuse and <br />Recycling facility. <br /> <br />(f) Partial loads may be charges at a lower rate. Vehicles with sideboards or <br />oversize loads may be charges at a higher rate to compensate for the <br />additionalloád as shall be determined by the City of Lakewood Division <br />of Refuse and Recycling personnel on duty. <br /> <br />(g) No refuse, garbage, other waste material, or recyclable materials arising <br />out of the use of premises located outside of the City shall be accepted <br />at the City of Lakewood Division of Refuse and Recycling facility. <br />
