<br />Code of the City of Lakewood for the following Site Preparation contracts, in support of the <br />retention and expansion of Phil Vedda & Sons, Inc., (Vedda) at the property located at 12000 <br />Berea Road Lakewood, Ohio (Permanent Parcel Number 315-25-007), contracts not to exceed <br />specified amounts shown, except as hereinafter provided: <br /> <br />Site Preparation including Excavation and Grading, Geopier and <br />Geogrid Fabric Soil Reinforcement, Engineered Fill, Building Slab <br />Reinforcement and all other necessary site work related to such <br />site preparation of the property; and all related soft costs <br />including but not limited to surveying, engineering, project <br />management, bid preparation, construction administration and <br />on site project representation. <br /> <br />$500,000 <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Councli, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal actions, were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3.
