<br />10. Countet¡Jarts. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, <br />each of which shall be regarded as an original and all of which shall constitute but one and the <br />same Agreement. <br /> <br />11. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the <br /> <br />State of Ohio. <br /> <br />12. Partial Invalidity.
