<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />The undersigned, fiscal officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, hereby certifies that the <br />money required to meet the obligations of the City under the foregoing Tax Increment Financing <br />Agreement for fiscal year 2004 has been appropriated lawfully by the Legislative Authority of <br />the City for that purpose and is in the treasury of the City or is in the process of collection to the <br />credit of an appropriate fund, tree trom any previous encumbrances, and is not appropriated for <br />any other purpose.
