<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />$152,820 COMPUTER EQUIPMENT BONDS, SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />April 4, 2005 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, Fiscal Officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, as defined by <br />Ohio Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in connection with your proposed issue of <br />bonds in the principal amount of $152,820 for the purpose of acquiring computers and systems <br />therefor for municipal purposes, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life of the equipment to be acquired with the proceeds <br />of said issue is hereby certified to be at l&ast five (5) years. <br /> <br />2.
