<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />$412,211 MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />April 4, 2005 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, Fiscal Officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, as defined by <br />Ohio Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in connection with your proposed issue of <br />bonds in the principal amount of $412,211 for the purpose of renovating, furnishing and <br />equipping municipal buildings and properties and improving sites, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life or period of usefulness of the improvements is <br />hereby certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2. That the maximum maturity of the bonds authorizoo to be issued for such <br />improvements, calculated in accordance with Section 133.20 of the Ohio Revised Code, is at <br />least twenty (20) years, since by my estimate if and to the extent a portion of the proceeds of such <br />bonds may be detennined to be allocated to a class or classes of improvements with a maximum <br />maturity of less than twenty years but in excess of five years, then the maximum maturity of such <br />bonds would still be at least twenty years by virtue of the fact that a sufficient portion of the <br />proceeds of such bonds are allocated to a class or classes of improvements that have a maximum <br />maturity in excess of twenty (20) years. <br /> <br />~pi~ <br />Fiscal Office . . <br />City of Lakewood, Ohio <br /> <br />{CT0I32;I} <br />
