<br />FISCAL'OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />$309,541 HILLIARD ROAD & FRANKLIN BOULEVARD <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />April 4, 2005 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, Fiscål Officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, as defmed by <br />Ohio Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in connection with your proposed issue of <br />bonds in the principal amount of $309,541 for the purpose of improving Hilliard Road/Franklin <br />Boulevard from Lakeland Avenue fo Bunts Road by resurfacing and reconstructing; sidewalks, <br />cnrbs and drive aprons as necessary, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life or period of usefulness of the improvements is <br />hereby certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2.
