<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />$1,200,566 MUNIClP AL BUILDINGS <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />Apri14,2005 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY qF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, Fiscal Officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, as defmed by <br />Ohio Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in connection with your proposed issue of <br />bonds in the princípal amount of $1 ,200,566 for the purpose of renovating, improving, furnishing <br />and equipping municipal buildings, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life or period of usefulness of the improvements is <br />hereby certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2. That the maximum maturity of the bonds authorized to be issued for such <br />improvements, calculated in accordance with Section 133.20 of the Ohio ReviSed Code, is at <br />least twenty (20) years, since by my estimate if and to the extent a portion ofthe proceeds of such <br />bonds may be determined to be allocated to a class or classes of improvements that have a <br />maximUIh maturity of less than twenty years but in excess of five years, then the maximùm <br />maturity of such bonds would still be at least twenty years by virtue of the fact that a sufficient <br />portion of the proceeds of such bonds are allocated to a class or classes of improvements that have <br />a maximum maturity in excess of twenty years. <br /> <br />%{l~ <br />Fi.sca1 Officer V .. <br />CIty of Lakewood, OhlO <br /> <br />{CTOI25;1} <br />
