<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />$206,106 SLOANE AVENUE <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />April 4, 2005 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, Fiscal Officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, as defmed by <br />Ohio Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in connection with your proposed issue of <br />bonds in the principal amount of $206,106 for the purpose of improving Sloane Avenue by <br />replacement of the base and replacement of curbs, aprons and sidewalks as required, together <br />with all necessary appurtenances thereto, as follows: <br /> <br />. 1. That the estimated life or period of usefulness of the improvements is <br />hereby certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2.
