<br />713.15 CONDITION OF ROOMS AND ALLEYS. <br />All billiard rooms and bowling alleys shall at all times be kept in a clean, healthful <br />and sanitary condition approved by the Inspector of Billiard Rooms and Bowling Alleys, <br />if appointed. The Mayor shall have the power to determine if such room are so kept <br />and for such purpose shall, when desired, have the assistance of the Building Inspector <br />and the Commissioner of Health. <br /> <br />713.16 POSTING OF LICENSE. <br />Every licensee shall keep his license conspicuously posted in his billiard room or <br />bowling alley. <br /> <br />713.17 REVOCATION OF LICENSE; APPEAL. <br />The license fur any billiard room or bowling alley may be revoked by the Mayor <br />for disorderly or immoral condUct on the premises or for the violation of any of the <br />rules, reguÍations, ordinances and laws governing or applying to billiard rooms or <br />bowling alleys. Ten days before a license is revoked, the Mayor shall notify the <br />licensee, in writing, of the reasons for such pr<¡posed revocation, and the licensee shall <br />have the right to appeal t<) a Board composed of the Council members. The Board, <br />after full hearing, shall have the power to revoke the license or continue the same in <br />force, and the action of this Board shall be final. In order to perfect his appeal, the <br />licensee shall have notice in writing of his intention to appeai at the office of the Mayor <br />before the expiration of ten days. Any license thus forfeited or revoked shall not be <br />granted to the same person, society, Club, firm or corporation until at least six months <br />have elapsed from the time of the forreiture or revocation of such license. <br /> <br />713.99 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more <br />than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be <br /><;onsidered to have occurred or to have been committed for each and every day on <br />which any such violation occurs. <br /> <br />is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted: 171 "1 /6. :;'oc> S- <br /> <br />?~n~ <br /> <br />Approved: V\,~.
