(e) A full and complete statement regarding the manner in which the salè will be conducted and the identity of the person or persons who will conduct thè sale; (f) The means to be employed in advertising such sale; and (g)' A complete cost inventory of the goods to be sold at such sale as disclosed by the applicant's records. Such inventory shall be attached to and become part of the required application. 753.08 CONTENTS OF INVENTORY. All goOds included in the inventory required by Section 753.07 shall have been pû.rchased by the applicant for resale on bona fide orders without cancel!ation privileges and shall not comprise goods purchased on consignment. Sûch inventory shall not include goods ordered in contemplation of conducting a sale regulated hereunder. Any unusual purchase or additions to the stock of goods of the bljsiness hereby affected within sixty days before the filing of an application hereunder shall be deemed to be of such character. 753.09 FEE. Any applicant for a license hereunder shall submit to the Director Of Public Safety with his-application a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Any applicant for a renewal license hereunder shall submit to the Director of Public Safety \'(ith his renewal a8plication a renewal fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). ' 7$3.10 LICENSING PERIOD. The license issued hereunder shall authorize the sale described in the application for a period of not more than thirty consecutive days, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, following the issuance thereof. 753.11 RENEWAL OF LICENSE. The Director of Public Safety shall renew a license for one period of time only, such period to be In addition to the thirty days permitted in the originallicehse and not to exceed thirty consecutive days, Sundays and holidays excluded, when it is found: (â) That facts exist justifying the license renewal; (b) That the licensee has filed an application for renewal; and (c) That the licensee has submitted with the application for renewal a new cost inventory to include the cost value of only those items included in the original application and not listing any items not included in the original applica~on and i~yentory, extept as provided in Section 753.14(a). i Fpr the purposes of this section, any application for a license under the provisions of this chapter covering any goods prèviously inventoried, as required hereunder, shall be deemed to be an application for renewal, whether presented by the original applicant or by any other person. ' 753.12 AUTHORIZED SALE. The license issued hereunder shall authorize only the one type of sale described in the application at the location named therein and shall authorize only the sale of goods included in the inventory attached to the application. 753.13 TRANSFERABILITY OF LICENSE. .: Any license herein provided for shall not be assignable or transferable.
