<br />(e) A full and complete statement regarding the manner in which the salè will be <br />conducted and the identity of the person or persons who will conduct thè sale; <br /> <br />(f) The means to be employed in advertising such sale; and <br /> <br />(g)' A complete cost inventory of the goods to be sold at such sale as disclosed by the <br />applicant's records. Such inventory shall be attached to and become part of the <br />required application. <br /> <br />753.08 CONTENTS OF INVENTORY. <br />All goOds included in the inventory required by Section 753.07 shall have been <br />pû.rchased by the applicant for resale on bona fide orders without cancel!ation privileges <br />and shall not comprise goods purchased on consignment. <br />Sûch inventory shall not include goods ordered in contemplation of conducting a sale <br />regulated hereunder. Any unusual purchase or additions to the stock of goods of the <br />bljsiness hereby affected within sixty days before the filing of an application hereunder <br />shall be deemed to be of such character. <br /> <br />753.09 FEE. <br />Any applicant for a license hereunder shall submit to the Director Of Public Safety <br />with his-application a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Any applicant for a <br />renewal license hereunder shall submit to the Director of Public Safety \'(ith his renewal <br />a8plication a renewal fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). ' <br /> <br />7$3.10 LICENSING PERIOD. <br />The license issued hereunder shall authorize the sale described in the application <br />for a period of not more than thirty consecutive days, Sundays and legal holidays <br />excluded, following the issuance thereof. <br /> <br />753.11 RENEWAL OF LICENSE. <br />The Director of Public Safety shall renew a license for one period of time only, <br />such period to be In addition to the thirty days permitted in the originallicehse and not <br />to exceed thirty consecutive days, Sundays and holidays excluded, when it is found: <br /> <br />(â) That facts exist justifying the license renewal; <br /> <br />(b) That the licensee has filed an application for renewal; and <br /> <br />(c) That the licensee has submitted with the application for renewal a new cost <br />inventory to include the cost value of only those items included in the original <br />application and not listing any items not included in the original applica~on and <br />i~yentory, extept as provided in Section 753.14(a). i <br />Fpr the purposes of this section, any application for a license under the provisions of <br />this chapter covering any goods prèviously inventoried, as required hereunder, shall be <br />deemed to be an application for renewal, whether presented by the original applicant or <br />by any other person. ' <br /> <br />753.12 AUTHORIZED SALE. <br />The license issued hereunder shall authorize only the one type of sale described <br />in the application at the location named therein and shall authorize only the sale of <br />goods included in the inventory attached to the application. <br /> <br />753.13 TRANSFERABILITY OF LICENSE. <br />.: Any license herein provided for shall not be assignable or transferable. <br />
