<br />753.14 DUTIES OF LICENSEE, <br />A licensee hereunder shall: <br /> <br />(a) Make no addition in excess of two percent of the cost inventory attached to the <br />original application during the period of the licensed sale, or any renewalithereof, to the <br />stôck of goods set forth in the inventory attached to the application for license. <br /> <br />(b) Refrain from employing any untrue, deceptive or misleading advertising. <br /> <br />(c) Conduct the licensed sale in strict conformity with any advertising or holding out <br />incident thereto. <br /> <br />(d} Keep available at the piace of sale a duplicate copy of the inventory submitted with <br />tl1~ application and present such duplicate to inspecting officials upon request. <br />H <br /> <br />753.99 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, including tpe performance <br />of acts prohibited or the failure to perform such acts as may be required; shall be fined <br />not less than twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) <br />, <br />or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both, for each offense. Each;dày that an <br />offense continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. <br />I <br /> <br />is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />'., <br /> <br />Section 2, It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the pàssage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />m~eting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted: M"1 !
