One percent (1%) of the remaining valuation in èXcess' of fIVe hundred <br />thousand dollars ($500,000.00). <br /> <br />(e) Demolition. <br />(2) Demolition of automobile garage, accessory structure or part of a structure: <br />$25.00 Fee <br />(2) Demolition of any other building: $150.00 Fee <br /> <br />(f) Movlna Buildinas or Structures: $250.00 Fee <br /> <br />(g) Tool shed and other accessoJY buildina: $25.00 Fee <br /> <br />1309.03 PLUMBING PERMIT FEES. <br /> <br />1309.10 ADDITIONAL INSPECTION FEES. <br />(a) Whenever an inspection has been requested and the work is found tb be incompiete <br />or in need of corrections, there shall be charged a fee in the amount of fifty doliars <br />($50.00) for each subsequent reinspection. <br /> <br />(þ) Whenever a special inspection, not a routine inspection of work being done under a <br />permit, is requested, there shall be cnarged an inspection fee In the amount of fifty <br />dóllars ($50,00). <br /> <br />(c) Subsection (a) and (b) hereof shall not be applicable to home owner permits. <br /> <br />1309.11 OCCUPANCY PERMITS. <br />For any inspections made for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, there shall be <br />charged a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for residential and seventy-fivê dollars ($75.00) <br />for commercial. <br /> <br />130,9.12 REFUSAL TO ISSUE PERMIT; APPEAL. <br /> <br />..'. <br />
