<br />RESOLUTION NO 8106-06 <br /> <br />BY' Ant~~ Butler~ Demro, Dever, <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to appoint Elaine Hagan as a member of the Community <br />Reìnvestment Area Housìng Council for the unexpired (3) year tenn ending December <br />31,2007 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Resolntion sha]] take effect immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the mayor provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) <br />members elected to Council, or otherwise, to take effect and be in force after the earliest <br />period allowed by law; in order to fulfill the requirements of Section 3735.69 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code in a timely manner and to provide timely membership on the Community <br />Reinvestment Area Housing Council due to the resignation of its member; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHY <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Resolution 5304, adopted May 1, 1978, and Section <br />3735.69 of the Ohio Revised Code, Council hereby appoints Elaine Hagan as a member <br />of the Community Reinvestment area Housing Council for the unexpired three (3) year <br />term ending December 31, 2007 <br /> <br />Section 2..
