the actual cost of the work is in excess of the estimated cost upon which permit fees <br /> were based. <br /> 1309.15 PLANS EXAMINER FEE. <br /> Whenever the Building Commissioner determines that an examination of construction <br /> plans by a professional plans examiner is necessary for the enforcement of the Building <br /> Code or required by other applicable law, there shall be charged a fee of two hundred <br /> tlollars ($200.00), plus five dollars ($5.00) per 100 square feet, or part thereof, of the <br /> proposed structure, antl an additional fee in the amount of one hundred percent <br /> (100%) of the original plans examination fee for all resubmittals. <br /> Section 2.
