"Term Bonds" means the Refunding Bonds designated as Term Bonds in the Certificate of <br />Award and maturing on the dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, and subject to Mandatory <br />8inking Fund Redemption. <br /> <br /> "Underwriter" metros A.G. Edwards & Sans~ Inc. <br /> <br /> "Verification Agent" means a firm of independent certified public accountants, selected by <br />the Director of Finance under Section 8(e). <br /> <br /> "Verification Report" means the report of the Verification Agant as to the su~eiency of the <br />Escrow Fund under Section 133.34(D), Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 15.
