Section 2. That Section 1129.13, Supplemental Regulations for <br />Outdoor/Seasonal Dining Facility, of the Zoning Code of the City of Lakewood, currently <br />reading as follows: <br />1129.13 SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS FOR OUTDOOR/SEASONAL <br />DINING FACILITY <br />(a) Outdoor/Seasonal Dinina Facility -means an outdoor dining area or <br />an area wherein twenty-five percent (25%) or more of any exterior wall is <br />movable and is connected or attached to an indoor restaurant, bar, tavern <br />or nightclub. Such a facility shall only be permitted as a conditionally <br />permitted accessory use in the Ci Office, C2 Retail, C3 General Business, <br />or C4 Public School District. <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1129.13 SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS FOR OUTDOOR/SEASONAL <br />DINING FACILITY <br />(a) Outdoor/Seasonal Dining Facility -means an outdoor dining area or <br />an area wherein twenty-five percent (25%) or more of any exterior wall is <br />movable and is connected or attached to an indoor restaurant, bar, tavern <br />or nightclub. That Section 1161.03, Supplemental Regulations for Specific Uses, <br />Subsection (t), Outdoor/Seasonal Dining Facility, of the Zoning Code of the City of <br />Lakewood, currently reading as follows: <br />(t) Outdoor/Seasonal Dining Facility. In the Ci Office, C2 Retail, C3 General <br />Business, and C4 Public School District, an outdoor/seasonal dining facility may <br />be permitted as a conditionally permitted accessory use subject to all or any of <br />the following: <br />(1) The floor space of any outdoor/seasonal dining facility and any <br />walkway connecting such facility with the restaurant, bar, tavern or <br />nightclub proper, the parking lot or any sidewalk shall be <br />constructed of an approved hard surface material; <br />Outdoor Dining: Proposed Changes to Zoning Code Page 3 of 11 <br />Revised: 3/2/2009 <br />
