<br />* to be posted at time of SWP3 submittal <br />** to be posted at time applicable permits are issued <br /> <br />(c) Funds shall be withdrawn from the Review/Inspection Reserve at the following <br />hourly rates for any work completed by representatives of the City Engineer related to <br />the review, inspection and enforcement of full and abbreviated SWP3s (assessed in Y2- <br />hr increments): <br /> <br />(1) City Engineer $ 75.00 <br />(2) Construction Site Inspections 65.00 <br />(3) Project Engineer 65.00 <br />(4) Engineering Technician 50.00 <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 3.
