<br />AN ORDINANCE to vacate a portion of the public right-of-way on Robinwood Avenue in the City of
<br />Lakewood, Ohio.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, part of the Board of Education of the Lakewood City Schools "Designing Our Schools for
<br />the Next Fifty YearS' school facilities project, the partial vacation of Robinwood Avenue is needed to
<br />facilitate the expansion and redevelopment of the current Lakewood High School; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its meeting of February 5, 2008, unanimously voted to
<br />approve the partial vacation of Robinwood Avenue in order to facilitate the expansion and redevelopment of
<br />the current Lakewood High School; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Revisions of Assessments at its meeting of February 19, 2008, unanimously
<br />voted to approve the partial vacation of Robinwood Avenue in order to facilitate the expansion and
<br />redevelopment of the current Lakewood High School.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:

<br />Section 1.
<br />
<br />That the following described properties are and the same are hereby vacated:

<br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio and known as being a part of Original
