Commencing at a 5/8 inch rebar in a monument box found at the centerline intersection of Madison Ave. (80 feet wide) and Bunts Rd. (60 feet wide), thence along the centerline of said Bunts Rd. N 9° 27' 20" E for a distance of 40.00 feet to a point of intersection of said centerline with the north right of way line of said Madison Ave. and its extension east, said intersection also being the TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING of the parcel of land hereinafter described, thence clockwise along the following fourteen (14) courses and distances: 1) Thence along said north right of way line and its extension, N 80° 51' 45" W for a distance of 501.73 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with cap "GPD" set at the southeast corner of Lot 70 said Walton Brothers Lakewood Allotment, passing over a 5/8 inch rebar with cap "GPD" set on the north right of way line of said Madison Ave. and the west right of way line said Bunts Rd. at 30.00 feet; 2) Thence along the east line of said Walton Brothers Lakewood Allotment, N 8° 53' 27" E for a distance of 1037.50 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with cap "GPD" set at the northeast corner of Lot 48 and the southeast corner of lot 47 in said Walton Brothers Lakewood Allotment; 3) Thence along the north line of said Lot 48 and the south line of said 47 and their extension west, N 81° 06' 33" W for a distance of 210.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with cap "GPD" set on the west right of way line Robinwood Ave. (60 feet wide) and at the northeast corner of Lot 130 and the southeast corner of Lot 131 in said Walton Brothers Lakewood Allotment; 4) Thence along the east line of said Lot 130 and said west right of way line, S 8° 53' 27" W for a distance of 40.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with cap "GPD" set at the southeast corner of said Lot 130 and the northeast corner of Lot 129; 5) Thence along the south line of said Lot 130 and the north line of said Lot 129, N 81° 06' 33" W for a distance of 150.65 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with cap "GPD" set at the southwest corner of said Lot 130 and the northwest corner of said Lot 129, said rebar set also being on the east line of the S.H.
