Section 2. That the following rates shall be charged local organizations <br />and individuals for the use of the various rooms in the Multi-Purpose Senior <br />Center: <br /> 5PM- 11PM 9AM- 11PM <br />Entire first floor $35.00 $75.00 <br />Large dining room 35.00 50.00 <br />Small dining room 20.00 25.00 <br />Kitchen 10.00 30.00 <br />Multi-Purpose Room #1 20.00 20.00 <br />Multi-Purpose Room #2 30.00 30.00 <br />Section 3. In addition to the rates set forth in Section 1 and <br />Section 2 of this ordinance, the following charges and discounts shall be <br />applicable: <br />(a) Guard service shall be required on weekend rentals and in <br />addition to the rates set forth in Section 1 and Section 2, <br />hereof, a charge shall be made on weekends to cover guard <br />services at an hourly rate paid to such guards. <br />(b) A discount of 10% shall be given to may organization holding <br />nine or more meetings in any one calendar year. <br />(c) Rates for the Multi-Purpose Senior Center may be offset <br />by volunteer hours on a one hour to one dollar ($1.00) ratio. <br />Section 4. The rental of the auditorium and other facilities in the <br />Municipal departments and administration building and the facilities of the <br />Multi-Purpose Senior Center shall be subject to the following rules: <br />(1) Use of said premises shall be limited to organizations whose <br />membership consists of more than 50% Lakewood residents. <br />(2) In case premises, or any part thereof, shall be destroyed by fire <br />or damaged by fire or any other cause. or if any casualty or unforeseen <br />occurrence <br />shall render the fulfillment of the rental agreement by City impossible, the City <br />shall not in any case be held liable or responsible to rentor for any damage <br />caused by such failure to have premises available. <br />
