D. Whoever violates Section 335.01(a) or (c) by operating a motor <br />vehicle when his or her driver's or commercial driver's license has been expired for not <br />more than six months is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. <br />(ORC 4507.99(D)) <br />E. Whoever violates Section 335.05 shall be subject to the following <br />penalties: <br />1, If the offender previously has not been convicted of or pleaded <br />guilty to a violation of this section or Ohio R.C. 4507.33, such person is guilty of a <br />misdemeanor of the first degree. In addition to or independent of any other sentence <br />that it imposes upon the offender, and subject to Ohio R.C. 4503.235, the court shall <br />order the immobilization for thirty days of the vehicle involved in the offense and the <br />impoundment for thirty days of the identification license plates of that vehicle. The <br />order for immobilization and impoundment shall be issued and enforced in accordance <br />with Ohio R.C. 4503.233. <br />2. If the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty <br />to one or more violations of this section or Ohio R.C. 4507.33, such person is guilty of a <br />misdemeanor of the first degree. In addition to or independent of any other sentence <br />that it imposes upon the offender, and subject to Ohio R.C. 4503.235, the court shall <br />order the criminal forfeiture to the State of the vehicle involved in the offense. The <br />order of criminal forfeiture shall be issued and enforced in accordance with Ohio R.C. <br />4503.234. <br />(ORC 4507.99(E)) <br />(7) Accidents. Whoever violates any provision of Sections 335.12 to 335.14 <br />is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. <br />(8) Drivers of commercial cars or tractors. (repealed) <br />(9) Snow emergency. Whoever violates Section 351.26 or 351.27 is guilty <br />o£ a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for <br />each subsequent offense during the same winter season, <br />(10) Parking meters. <br />A. Whoever violates any provision of Chapters 353 or 355, except for <br />illegal parking, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. <br />B. Any person who causes, allows, permits or suffers any vehicle <br />registered in his name, or any vehicle in his possession or under his control, to be <br />parked or remain parked in violation of the provisions of Chapters 353 or 355, is guilty <br />of a minor misdemeanor. <br />(11) Watercraft. <br />A. Whoever violates Section 381.15 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the <br />first degree. (ORC 1547.99(G)) <br />B. Whoever violates Section 381.16 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the <br />fourth degree.
