vehicle available to moving traffic for a period of time longer than necessary to load or <br />unload passengers. <br />(ORC 4511.70(C)) <br />351.29 PARKING ON POSTED PRIVATE PROPERTY. <br />If an owner of private property posts on the property in a conspicuous manner, a <br />prohibition against parking on the property or conditions and regulations under which <br />parking is permitted, no person shall do either of the following: <br />(a) Park a vehicle on the property without the owner's consent; <br />(b) Park a vehicle on the property in violation of any condition or regulation <br />posted by the owner. <br />(ORC 4511.681) <br />351.99 PENALTY AND WAIVER. <br />(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is <br />otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalties provided in Section 303.99. In <br />addition thereto such parking in violation of Section 351.18 shall constitute a nuisance <br />and within twenty-four hours after oral or written notice to remove such vehicle, <br />delivered by any police officer to the owner or person having possession or control of <br />such vehicle, personally, or by written notice delivered to the residence of such person, <br />or if such person has no place of residence in the City or if such place of residence <br />cannot be found with reasonable diligence, then after such written notice is attached to <br />the vehicle, such owner or person shall cause such vehicle to be removed from the <br />streets. Upon failure of the owner or person to so remove such vehicle, the Division of <br />Police and each officer thereof is hereby authorized to remove or cause any vehicle so <br />parked to be removed from the street and stored. <br />(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 355.06(a), (b) or (c), or <br />Chapter 353 may, in lieu of other penalties provided for the violation of such provisions <br />and upon signing a waiver, be fined fifteen dollars ($15.00), if such violator pays such <br />fine at the Traffic Bureau, in person or by mail, within seventy-two hours, or, if not <br />within seventy-two hours, then in the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if such <br />violator pays such amount at the Traffic Bureau,. in person or by mail, within ninety-six <br />hours from the time of violation. In the event such violator does not pay the fine as <br />hereinbefore provided, then a warrant shall be issued and such violator shall be subject <br />to the penalties otherwise provided for the violation of such provisions. <br />(c) Whoever violates Section 351.01(a) through (p), (r) or (s) through Section <br />351.18 or Section 351.20(b) or (c) or Section 351.23(a), (b), (c) or (d) may, in lieu of <br />the other penalties provided for the violation of such provisions and upon signing a <br />waiver, be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) if such violator pays such fine at the <br />Traffic Bureau, in person or by mail, within seventy-two hours, or if not within seventy- <br />two hours, then in the sum of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) if such violator pays such <br />12 <br />
