amount at the Traffic Bureau, in person or by mail, within ninety-six hours from the <br />time of violation. In the event such violator does not pay the fine as hereinbefore <br />provided, then a warrant shall be issued and such violator shall be subject to the <br />penalties otherwise provided for the violation of such provisions. <br />(d) Whoever violates Section 351.01(q) or Section 351.27 may, in lieu of the <br />other penalties provided for the violation of such section and upon signing a waiver, be <br />fined thirty-five dollars ($35.00) if such violator pays such fine at the Traffic Bureau in <br />person or by mail, within seventy-two hours, or if not within seventy-two hours, then in <br />the sum of forty-five dollars ($45.00) if such violator pays such amount at the Traffic <br />Bureau, in person or by mail, within ninety-six hours from the time of the violation. In <br />the event such violator does not pay the fine as hereinbefore provided, then a warrant <br />shall be issued and such violator shall be subject to the penalties otherwise provided for <br />the violation of such provisions. <br />(e) Whoever violates Section 351.23(f) may, in lieu of the other penalties <br />provided for the violation of such section and upon signing a waiver, be fined one <br />hundred dollars ($100.00) if such violator pays such fine at the Traffic Bureau, in <br />person or by mail, within seventy-two hours, or if not within seventy-two hours, then in <br />the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if such violator pays such amount at the <br />Traffic Bureau, in person or by mail, within ninety-six hours from the time of the <br />violation. If such violator does not pay the fine as hereinbefore provided, then a <br />warrant shall be issued and such violator shall be subject to the penalties otherwise <br />provided for a violation of such provision. <br />(f) Whoever violates Section 351.23(h) shall be issued a warning for a first <br />offense; for each subsequent offense the person shall be fined thirty dollars ($30.00) <br />for each parking location that is not properly marked or whose markings are not <br />properly maintained. <br />(Ord. 11-04. Passed 3-1-04.) <br />(g) Whoever violates Section 351.16 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and may, <br />in lieu of the other penalties provided for the violation of such section and upon signing <br />a waiver, be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) if such violator pays such fine at the Traffic <br />Bureau, in person or by mail, within forty-eight hours, or if not within forty-eight hours, <br />then in the sum of eighty dollars ($80.00). if such violator pays such amount at the <br />Traffic Bureau, in person or by mail, within seventy-two hours from the time of the <br />violation. If such violator does not pay the fine as hereinbefore provided, then a <br />warrant shall be issued and such violator shall be subject to the penalties otherwise <br />provided for a violation of such provision. Any person violating Section 351.16 within <br />one year of a first offense is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each <br />subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a <br />misdemeanor of the third degree. <br />(Ord. 61-01.
