emergency no person shall park or cause to be parked or permit to be parked or permit <br />to remain parked or abandon or leave unattended, any vehicle of any kind or <br />description upon such specified streets. However, vehicles may be parked for a period <br />of not longer than three minutes for actual loading or unloading of passengers or not <br />longer than thirty minutes for actual loading or unloading of property, provided no other <br />ordinance restricting parking as to place or time is violated thereby. <br />(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsections (a) and (b) hereof, an <br />emergency shall exist on streets posted as emergency streets and on streets posted as <br />8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p.m. emergency streets, without announcement when snow <br />accumulation reaches the proportions as set forth in Section 351.26(b) and (c) and shall <br />continue until such time as specified by Section 351.26(b) and (c). <br />(d) Any motor vehicle parked in violation of Section 351.26 or this section may <br />be impounded in accordance with the provisions of Section 303.08 and 351.22. In <br />addition to the foregoing, any person who violates Section 351.26 or this section, is <br />subject to the penalty provided under Section 303.99. <br />(Ord. 88-78. Passed 10-16-78.) <br />351.28 OPENING VEHICLE DOOR ON TRAFFIC SIDE. <br />Is hereby repealed. <br />351.29 PARKING ON POSTED PRIVATE PROPERTY. <br />(a) If an owner of private property posts on the property in a conspicuous <br />manner, prohibition against parking on the property or conditions and regulations under <br />which parking is permitted, no person shall do either of the following: <br />1 Park a vehicle on the property without the owner's consent; <br />~23 Park a vehicle on the property in violation of any condition or <br />regulation posted by the owner. <br />(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. <br />(ORC 4551.681) <br />351.99 PENALTY AND WAIVER. <br />Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is <br />otherwise provided shall be subject to the civil penalties prescribed m Section 309.99. <br />Section 2. That Section 353.99, Penalty and Waiver within Chapter 353, Off- <br />Street Parking of Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood <br />currently reading as follows: <br />353.99 PENALTY AND WAIVER. <br />Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of <br />Sections 303.99(a)(10) and 351.99(b). <br />23 <br />
