(r) At any place in a municipal parking garage or on other public properly <br />excluding dedicated streets and ways set out for public travel and herein regulated, <br />where signs prohibit stopping, standing or parking, or in excess of the time limit <br />established in designated areas of the municipal parking garages, or in any other areas <br />other than entirely within the individual parking spaces designated and marked off for <br />the parking of vehicles. (Ord. 56-76. Passed 7-26-76. ) <br />(s) Upon any private property between the building line, as shown on the <br />Building Line Map of the City of Lakewood, and the street line, except upon driveways, <br />including circular accessways and turnarounds where applicable, parking lots, or in an <br />area improved for vehicular use and approved by the Planning Commission. (Ord. 10- <br />76. Passed 2-16-76.) <br />351.02 PARKING ON SIDEWALKS AND LAWN STRIPS. <br />No person shall park or stand any automobile or other vehicle on the sidewalk, lawn <br />strip or the space between the sidewalk and curb on any public highway in the City. <br />(Ord. 1801. Passed 3-20-22. ) <br />- 351.03 CERTAIN STREETS RESTRICTED. <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict <br />with other traffic or with the provisions of this Traffic Code, or in compliance with the <br />directions of a police officer or a traffic control device, in any of the places, or for longer <br />periods of time, or during the hours specified, as may be applicable and as designated <br />in Sections 351.04 through 351.16, inclusive, or as designated in the regulations <br />promulgated by the Director of Public Safety as provided for, and authorized by, this <br />Traffic Code. (Ord. 4830. Passed 4-21-52.) <br />351.04 RESTRICTED PARKING. <br />Parking on streets the pavement of which is twenty-six feet or less in width shall be <br />restricted to one side thereof. No person shall park a vehicle at any time on that side of <br />any such restricted street or part thereof designated by the Mayor as a no parking area, <br />after signs are erected giving notice of such prohibition. In designating the area along <br />the side of any such street in which there shall be no parking, the Mayor shall take into <br />consideration the location of the fire hydrants and other conditions on or adjacent to <br />such street or part thereof. <br />Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this section may be towed from the street, <br />in accordance with the provisions of Sections 303.08 and 351.22. This shall be in <br />addition to the penalty provided in Section 351.99(a). (Ord. 7-66. Passed 1-17-66. ) <br />351.05 ARLINGTON ROAD. <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle on Arlington Road from the prolongation of <br />the southerly curb line of Overlook Road at its northerly intersection with Arlington <br />Road to West Clifton Boulevard.
