Passed 4-21- <br />52. ) <br />351.07 NORTH SIDE OF DETROIT AVENUE. <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle on the north side of Detroit Avenue in front <br />of the State Liquor Store for more than fifteen minutes between the hours of 11:00 <br />a.m. and 7:00 p.m. every day except Sundays and holidays. <br />(Ord. 4830. Passed 4-21-52. ) <br />351.08 SOUTH SIDE OF DETROIT AVENUE. <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle on the south side of Detroit Avenue for a <br />distance of thirty-five feet in front of 18251 Detroit Avenue, for more than fifteen <br />minutes between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. (Ord. 4830. Passed 4-21-52.) <br />351.09 NORTH SIDE OF DELAWARE AVENUE. <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle on the north side of Delaware Avenue from <br />Brown Road to Hilliard Road. <br />(Ord. 29-55. Passed 6-6-55. ) <br />351.10 EAST SIDE OF MARS AVENUE. <br />No person shall stand or park a vehicle for a distance of fifty feet on the east side of <br />Mars Avenue at the intersection of Madison Avenue, and for a space of thirty feet on <br />the north side of Madison Avenue at the intersection of Mars Avenue. <br />(Ord. 4830. Passed 4-21-52.) <br />351.11 RUSH HOUR PARKING PROHIBITED. <br />(a) Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on the south side of Lake <br />Avenue, the south side of Clifton Boulevard, and on either side of Hilliard Road <br />between Madison Avenue and Riverside Drive, no person shall stand or park a vehicle <br />on Monday through Friday. Between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on the north <br />side of Lake Avenue, the north side Clifton Boulevard, and on either side of Hilliard <br />Road between Madison Avenue and Riverside Drive, no person shall stand or park a <br />vehicle on Monday through Friday. Further, no vehicle shall stop on the foregoing <br />streets, on either side, during the designated hours on the days hereinbefore indicated, <br />for the purpose of unloading property. <br />(b) The Director of Public Safety is hereby permitted to establish such other rush <br />hour parking prohibitions within the City as are necessary and in the public interest. <br />Such prohibitions shall be based upon appropriate traffic studies and upon a <br />recommendation by the Division of Engineering of the City.
