or to, or in such manner as to disturb or molest, any wild or <br />domestic fowl, animal or fish properly within the pazk <br />limits. <br />shall be and hereby is amended to read as follows: <br />905.07 ANIMALS. <br />(a) Animals Prohibited. No dogs or other animals shall be <br />allowed within the parks, with the exception of those <br />animals specifically authorized by the Director of Public <br />Works or by ordinance. <br />(b) Feeding of Animals Prohibited. No person shall feed or <br />otherwise provide food to geese, other wild animals and/or <br />birds within the parks. <br />(c) Molesting Animals. No person shall use any weapon, stick, <br />stone. or missile of any kind in the destruction or injury of <br />or to, or in such manner as to disturb or molest, any wild or <br />domestic fowl, animal or fish properly within the pazk <br />limits. <br />(d) If dogs are permitted within any park pursuant to <br />subsection (a) hereof, no person shall fail to adhere to the <br />following rules and restrictions: <br />(1) Any dog must be on a leash that is extended no <br />farther than six (6) feet and must wear a collar or <br />harness that must be specifically made or <br />manufactured to be the proper size and strength for <br />that particular dog. <br />(2) Any dog must be under control of a person who <br />possesses discretion and physical strength sufficient <br />to exercise reasonable restraint and control <br />conforming to the animal°s weight, size and <br />strength. <br />(3) Any person bringing a dog into a park or exercising <br />control of a dog while in a pazk shall promptly clean <br />up any waste from the dog and place it in the <br />receptacles provided. <br />(4) At Lakewood Park: <br />
