107.01 POSTING PLACES ESTABLISHED. When publication of municipal ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proc- lamations, notices and reports is required to be by posting copies thereof shall be posted in not less than five (5) of the most public places in the City fora pe- riod of not less than fifteen (15) days.. Council determines that the five (5) pub- licplaces in the City aze: (a) Municipal Departments and Administration Building, Administrative Sec- tion; (b) Municipal Deparhnents and Administration Building, Police Headquarters Section; (c) Fire Engine House No. 1, 14601 Madison Avenue; (d) Fire Engine House No. 2, 18124 Detroit Avenue; and (e) Fire Engine House No.. 3, 12567 Clifton Boulevard. shall be and hereby is amended to read as follows: 107.01 POSTING PLACES ESTABLISHED. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such for- mal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, safety and welfare in the City and for the usual daily operation of the City for the reasons set forth and defined in its preamble; and provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) of its members, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force on January 1, 2012, or otherwise it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law.
