Without sheathing, nails shall penetrate studs or <br />blocking at least 1 1/2 inches. Nails shall be corrosion-resistant. Butt joints of <br />siding shall occur over studs. Jonrts in adjacent pieces shall be staggered. <br />Drop, shiplap, rustic or novelty siding shall have a minimum thickness of 3/4 <br />inch and a maximum width of 8 'niches. For all wood siding over sheathing, the <br />stud spacing may be 24 inches unless the sheathing or interior finish requires <br />less spacing. Where wood siding or prime hard board siding is applied without <br />sheathing, the spacing of studs shall be not more than 16 inches. Vertical siding <br />shall be not less than 3/4-inch thick nor more than 12 inches wide. Vertical <br />boards, that do not have interlapping joints, shall have batten strips. Nails shall <br />penetrate at least I inch into studs or blocking. <br />RDH 1591.02. Qoalified Installers (Repealed). <br />Section 1591.02 is hereby repealed. <br />RDH 1593.05 (b). Material - Quality and Weieht (Amended). <br />(b) Specifications for materials. Standard specifications for materials for <br />plumbing installation are listed in Table 93A and the same may be amended <br />from time to time. Products conforming to any specification listed for given <br />materials shall be approved. <br />RDH 1593.53 (d). Water-Distribution Pinine. Tubine and Fittines (Amended). <br />(d) Copper water tube undergrmmd shall be type "K" except when <br />underground on the interior of building when the minimum shall be type "L" or <br />heavier; above ground copper water tube shall be type "M" or heavier. Lead <br />water pipe above ground shall be at least equal to "strong" quality. Below <br />ground, lead piping shall be "extra strong" quality or better. <br />RDH 1593.63, Minimum Sizes of Underground Building Drains (Amended)., <br />Building drains or parts thereof installed underground or below a basement or <br />cellar floor shall be of pipe not less than 2 inch diameter. <br />RDH 1593.65(b), StormDraina>re (Amended). <br />(b) Drained to other than storm sewer. Where in the opinion of the Building <br />Official or City Engineer, no sewer is available or the overland flow of <br />stormwater does not provide a nuisance to adjonring property, the storm <br />drainage, from sources described in subsection (a) of this section, shall be piped <br />to discharge into the street gutter, or into a receptable, or conducted to other <br />point of disposal as approved by the Building Official or the City Engineers. <br />
