All wood siding and <br />prime hard wood siduig shall comply with the specific grading requirements of <br />the association recognized in the trade as coverh~g that particular species or <br />material. The grade shalt be suitable for its intended use. The siding shall be <br />kiln-dried or otherwise seasoned to a moisture content of approximately rivelve <br />percent (12%).
